So excited to share this recipe with you. This is my favorite mocktail at the moment! I don't "drink"- alcohol, but I still like that "strong-ness" in my drinks, the kind of taste that makes you do that "tssahang!" lol  I have the perfect ingredients! Let's continue to the recipe shall we? :) 

I've been drinking this mocktail quite often! It's so refreshing, I adjust the ingredients depending on my mood and tastes. The passionfruit with the honey mmmm! I love apple cider vinegar too! Hope you like it! Full ingredients list, ingredients benefits and directions below! 
1. Passion fruit:  Good source of Vit C, A and provides Minerals such as: iron, copper, magnesium and phosphorus. Passion fruit is also a cancer preventer it has been proven to fight against free radicles, lower blood pressure, is a Colon Cleanser, improves eyesight, increase blood production, improves digestion, increase of immunity, beneficial for cardiovascular health, improves sleep quality among many other health benefits! Read more here & here

For my personal recipe I have this uber fresh passionfruit! Straight from the source (Garden)! This is the most delicious passionfruit I've tasted in my life, it's sweet with just the right amount of sour.

I add some chopped basil  for extra flavor, the basil adds a gourmet touch. I don't always use basil, sometimes I use mint or rosemary! You can get very creative! (This one is from the home garden too!)
3. Organic honey! Rich in anti oxidants and powerful anti bacterial properties. 

Here I am using avocado flower honey! I personally don't cook with refined sugar. I always use natural sweeteners and honey is my favorite! It always enhances the natural flavors of fruits/food without clouding the original taste.
4. Apple cider vinegar is antibacterial, strengthens the immune system, balances cholesterol, improves skin conditions such as acne, improves digestion, fights allergies, alkaline, prevents bladder stones and urinary tract infections read more

This is actually the "key ingredient" that makes this drink the perfect "mocktail" for me! Vinegar is created when alcohol is further fermented (in French vinegar means sour wine). Lot of healthy bacteria + strong taste but without the alcohol. I add about 2 tablespoons (add more if you want it extra sour). *Note never drink apple cider vinegar straight, it's very acidic and can damage your tooth enamel and esophagus, always dilute.

5. Sparkling/Still water

To finish off the cocktail you can either add sparkling or still water! Here I am using sparkling.

6. Lastly mix it all up! 



1. Fresh Passionfruit (1 whole)
2. Honey (1 whole tablespoon)
3. Organic apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) (Organic unrefined apple cider vinegar is best!)
4. Basil (any herb you like)
5. Sparkling/ Still water 
6. Ice cubes (for a perfect refreshing beverage)

Combine 1 whole passionfruit + honey + chopped basil.
Add 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar.
Add water
Add ice cubes for extra refreshment.
