Wearing// Vintage Items  Face// Nouveau Organica Palette

Happy Wednesday everyone! I am a huge fan of thrifting and vintage pieces! I love that each piece has it's unique story and history! Almost everything you see here was given to me by a relative! Apart from those shorts :) It was a really lovely day shooting! It's good to be out in the sun! Especially when it's the weekday, most of the time am just cooped up doing work! This outfit was taken a while back, I hadn't had time to upload these! As promised I would like to share a personal story and why I've been away for quite some time.

The truth is the past 2 months I've been giving myself the space I needed. As you guys may know, I mentioned I'm in a long distance relationship, well Arkady came to visit Taipei! I wanted to give him my full attention and spend as much time together as possible since it's been a couple months since we last saw each other. Towards the end of his trip, we decided to separate. Around the same time my grandma was sent to the hospital. After hearing she was in a coma I took a flight to Singapore to see her. I can't even express the pain I felt. I stayed there for a few days and came back to Taipei. She passed away after more than a week. Having her as my grandmother is something I'm so grateful for. She's my favourite woman who had always been my support and encouragement. She was also an extremely powerful woman figure in my life. I miss her dearly. This whole time as I mourned for my grandmother Arkady gave me unconditional support and love, for that I am forever thankful and grateful. He is such a beautiful human being.

These not so nice life "surprises" what to do with them?!
I believe time heals our hearts and I needed to give myself the time to mourn. To think of all the good times. I miss her and think of her everyday. I miss Arkady too of course. They are both such important people in my life.

I believe wholeheartedly as Rumi said
"Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with their heart and soul there is no such thing as separation".

Right now as I am writing this and thinking of what happened in such a short period of time I realize it has already been, almost a month since these events. I feel confident in my heart that things always turn out the way they should. I have faith, I'm so thankful to God, always answering my prayers, giving me unconditional love, support and courage to overcome my fears.

I'm focused on this new day! Everyday is a new day to give, to love, to learn! I hope to share many more upcoming projects and posts on my blog! So I'm not going anywhere! If I disappear once in awhile it's because I need to re-centre myself.

See you in my next post!
Hope you all are having a wonderful week!
Don't forget to always take care of yourself, Rest well and eat delicious wholesome foods!
Hug a lot and Cuddle with loved ones :)
Always have faith.

Be strong.

The sun will always shine for you.
